Due to the nature of our products we do not allow returns unless your order is defective. If your product is defective, we will issue a replacement.  Please Contact us immediately, seal must not be broken order must be unused. We are not able to resell any products that are returned so they will be discarded. 

We are not responsible for Damaged/Lost Delivery Claims – please refer damaged or lost items to any delivery company selected at check-out and adhere to their guidelines.

If you entered the incorrect address when checking out, please contact us within 24 hours via email at r3aroma@gmail.com or call to correct the error immediately. Also, please place 'Address Modification' in the subject line. For faster response we suggest calling (646) 732-7366.

We ships orders via USPS and FedEx. Most orders will be shipped depending on order size/weight. Base on the method selected they maybe upgraded. Also, Once your order has been shipped, please allow up to 24-48hours for your tracking number to become active.

R3aroma uses natural ingredients. When possible, there may be product variations. For example, because herb, extracts, natural fixed oils and essential oils may vary from time to time this does not affect the quality of the product and we will not offer refund or exchange when this is the case. 

We do send product samples to encourage our customers to return. The ingredients for samples will be listed on our website for your access, samples will only have the product name, so will know what to purchase in the future.

We do not accept order cancellations once processed. If we approve a cancellation, you will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee plus the cost of all shipping. We do not store many products and are made to order for most of our products. Please give 5-7 business day to process and ship your orders.

At this time, we will be doing mostly domestic shipping this policy will be updated once we launch to ship internationally.
